How the Concierge Model Works:
One annual payment covers all care provided to you by Dr. Cohen for the year. There will be no co-pays collected, nor will your insurance company or Medicare be billed for any of Dr. Cohen's care. You must retain your current health insurance coverage for labs, x-rays, specialist care, and hospitalization.
